Two members of the US Home of Representatives have added their names to a listing of lawmakers criticizing Securities and Trade Fee (SEC) Chairman Gary Gensler’s method to regulating digital belongings.
July 19 representatives French Hill and Dusty Johnson in a letter to Gensler steered laws was a simpler method to addressing regulatory points within the digital asset area than the SEC’s “regulate by enforcement” stance.
