A US federal decide is reportedly contemplating a cut up bid towards former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried‘s (SBF) prison costs in two trials after prosecutors filed.
In response to The Wall Road Journal on June 15 in keeping with a report, Decide Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District Court docket of New York was considering whether or not to dismiss or sever the fees within the Bankman-Fried prison case following a “flamboyant” argument by the previous FTX CEO’s authorized group. Bankman-Fried Attorneys filed a lawsuit mentioned he shouldn’t face costs that weren’t included within the Bahamas’ extradition paperwork to the USA in 2022.
