The US Securities and Alternate Fee (SEC) on June 5 Binance, its US platform and CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) have filed a lawsuit within the District of Columbia Courtroom.
US regulator squeezed 13 charging Binance, together with unregistered presents and gross sales of BNB (BNB) and BUSD tokens, Easy Earn and BNB Vault merchandise, and its staking program. Moreover, the SEC alleges within the submitting that Binance didn’t register its Binance.com platform as an alternate or broker-dealer clearing company.
