FTX’s efforts to recuperate buyer funds are ongoing. Alameda Analysis and FTX filed July 19 a lawsuit in search of to recuperate 71.6 million USD of allegedly commingled company and shopper funds associated to investments and donations to life sciences firms.
The lawsuit names six life sciences firms, the FTX Basis philanthropy, the Latona Biosciences Group “shell” nonprofit, former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, FTX Basis CEO Nicholas Beckstead and Latona CEO Ross Rheingans-Yoo as defendants.
