Following a cease-and-desist order, Nevada’s Division of Monetary Establishments is again in opposition to cryptocurrency custodian Prime Belief with a petition to nominate an administrator.
June 26 filed by the regulator filed a petition Nevada’s Eighth Judicial District Court docket for a short lived restraining order and an order putting Prime Belief Applied sciences in receivership, together with its cryptocurrency custody division. Prime Belief agreed to receivership on the idea of “vital deficits in its property and liabilities”.
