A bug within the older model of the cryptocurrency lending protocol Aave prevents customers from interacting with Wrapped Ether (WETH), (USDT), Wrapped (WBTC) or Wrapped Matic (WMATIC) swimming pools in Aave v2 Polygon, stopping asset elimination from them, in response to Could 19 for a proposal that makes an attempt to appropriate the error with a patch. The proposal states that customers can not at present “submit, borrow, return, or withdraw these property.”
Whereas withdrawals are at present not attainable, the workforce stated the funds are “fully protected” because the error could be mounted after a governance vote.
