The US securities regulator has fined cryptocurrency change Coinme practically $4 million for allegedly providing unregistered securities and making “deceptive claims” for its cryptocurrency token UpToken (UP).
The Securities and Trade Fee (SEC) on April 28 mentioned it settled costs in opposition to Coinme, its subsidiary Up International SEZC, and the CEO of each corporations, Neil Bergquist.
